Unless stated otherwise in the item description, all of our caps are made to order. This means they take slightly longer to get out the door, but on average we get orders shipped within 5 business days.

As soon as we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation eMail so you know we are working on your hat. We do our very best to accommodate rush orders, although there may be an extra charge if we have to ship via Priority or Overnight service. The key is to let us know up front that you need the hat by a specific date; if you call us or drop us an email before you order we'll let you know what we can do.

For most standard cotton and poly-cotton blend fabrics the answer is yes. Some synthetics and lightweight fabrics are hard to work with and some aren't suitable for hats - if this is the case, we'll let you know if we can't use it. For our own hats we use 100% cotton, mostly light to medium weight quilting-type fabric which is always a safe choice. Contact us for details and pricing if you've found that perfect fabric and need it turned into a hat.

What about Sports Teams, Disney Characters, or other Licensed Fabric Designs?

If you are looking for a fabric with a specific theme please let us know! There is no additional charge for most custom scrub caps. If we don't have the fabric you're looking for on hand, we can almost always obtain it within a few days. Our in-stock fabrics include major league and college sports teams, as well as licensed characters from Disney, Nickelodeon and others. Please contact us for additional details.

Please note that while every effort is made to represent color accurately, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colors you see exactly match the colors of actual fabric.

If you are trying to match an exact color - particularly for solid color fabrics, please contact us first; in most cases we can provide a snip of the fabric you are interested in so you can see the actual fabric before you purchase.

Our hats are made to order, and we do not currently have a reseller program in place.

We offer a variety of Batik fabrics produced in Samoa, Tonga, Indonesia, India, and recently introduced designer batiks produced here in the US. Production of batik is a traditional process where the fabric is hand-stamped and hand-dyed multiple times. Due to this specialized hand-dying process, there are color variations in every yard of these sumptuous fabrics, and these are considered normal.

To prevent excess wear and fading, we recommend either hand washing, or machine washing in cold water on gentle cycle with no bleach. Press lightly with a cool iron, or lightly steam to remove creases and wrinkles.
