Unless stated otherwise in the item description, all of our hats are made to order. Because we make them when we receive your order they take a bit longer to ship than off-the-shelf items; but it also means you will receive a beautiful, top-quality professionally made product that will last for many years with regular care.

As soon as we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation eMail so you know we are working on your hat. As soon as the order ships, you will receive another eMail with a tracking link so you can track your order online. If you still have concerns, you can always call us at 954-483-8014.

Most of our orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your order. During the Holiday Season (Halloween thru Christmas) we occasionally get backed up and it may take an extra day or two to complete orders. If we anticipate a longer delay we will send you an eMail to let you know.

We ship via USPS First Class Mail, and depending on how far you are from Florida, orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Although we have had good results over the years, shipping during the holiday season may take longer. We post dates for holiday items noting the last day for order placement to ensure delivery of your order by the holiday.

Domestic Shipping Costs

Domestic shipping (US) is free. Free shipping is via USPS first class mail with an expected delivery time of 3 to 5 days. We may or may not continue the free shipping program and it may be discontinued at any time without notice.

We provide Express Shipping upon request; please contact us before placing your order should you require expedited shipping.

International Shipping

We ship internationlly to the following countries ONLY: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Checkout and Payment

For checkout and payment, Hukihuki of Fort Lauderdale uses a PayPal Verified Premier Account in the name of checkout@hukihuki.com. This gives you the flexibility of making a Secure payment either with a PayPal account OR with any major Credit Card.

If making payment by eCheck through PayPal, items are not shipped until the online eCheck clears, typically within 3 to 5 business days.

Note: No PayPal Account is required to make purchases! On the checkout page simply click on "Pay with a debit or credit card" to checkout with any major credit card.

Florida Sales Tax

Hukihuki of Fort Lauderdale is required to charge sales tax for items purchased by customers in the State of Florida. Florida residents must pay 6% on purchases, excluding shipping. Tax is added automatically upon checkout based upon your shipping address.
